Why I signed up to U-Promise! It is a GREAT program that helps you save money for college (or you can cash out for a check if you want). Here is how it works.
Upromise has New eCoupons every month, I have joined and have saved using them. You can upload to Krogers and CVS. Here is how it works. Load your coupons on your Shopping Card to get additional savings. The discounts do not come off your grocery total, they are deposited into your Upromise account. Once your coupons are activated, then you can use them!
Note: For Kroger and other stores, On top of this coupon you can also use Cellfire electronic coupons and paper coupons that is tripling your savings.
The process to load the eCoupons was simple to do. Here are the steps to join if you want to get some extra savings.
To join Upromise if you’re not already a member.
They work I use them, it’s worth it!!
There are many ways to earn cash in your Upromise account. The main ways I save is by linking my Kroger card, CVS card, debit and credit cards. When I purchase a Upromise participating product or shop at a Upromise participating merchant, I get credit to my account balance.
After you’ve registered, you’ll want to first go to “Ways to Earn”, then “Groceries”. Enter your zip code on the right side of the screen to find participating stores in your area. Kroger and CVS are the stores that participate in my area. Enter your shopper’s card numbers for all participating stores.
One of the best ways to grow your Upromise balance is by using the Upromise e-coupons. Each month Upromise releases coupons that you load onto your cards at the Upromise website. When you purchase that item with your Kroger or CVS card, you receive the equivalent balance of the coupon in your Upromise account. And remember, you can also use paper coupons on the same items and get double the savings!
To load e-coupons go to “Groceries and Deals” button at top, then “e-coupons”. Load your coupons by clicking on them…don’t forget to hit “Activate” when you’re finished! Print your list and take it with you to Kroger or CVS!
You can also earn even more by opening a UPromise credit card, but you don’t have to. Just skip all the extra stuff it asks you during registration.
It’s completely FREE! Get started here

Like Upromise, Cellfire coupons are electronic-coupons. That means there’s nothing to print. You simply need to sign up for a Cellfire account, register your grocery store card of your choice and pick the coupons you would like to load onto it. When you purchase a product for which you have a Cellfire coupon, the coupon amount is automatically deducted from your total. You get double savings because you can add a manufacture coupon with electronic coupons. If your using Upromise then your Tripling your savings, all of these coupons stack!
You do need to register a phone number with Cellfire in order to initially set up your account, but the grocery store coupons do not require you to use your cell phone at all. Cellfire e-coupons are redeemable at participating grocery stores including Kroger, Bakers, Carrs, City Market, Dillons, Dominicks, Fred Meyer, Fry’s, Genuardi’s, Gorbes, Hilander, Jay C Food Stores, King Soopers, Owen’s Pay Less, Pavillions, QFC, Ralph’s, Randalls, Safeway, Scott’s, Smith’s, Tom Thumb and Vons.
